Using the AGP Card Clip: Dell™ Dimension™ 8100 System

Some computers use an AGP card clip instead of an AGP card brace to secure the AGP card.
To release an AGP card from the AGP card clip:
- Press the lever on the left side of the AGP card clip to release the card from the card connector.
- Release the clip lever after the card clears the connector
pins.

To secure an AGP card to the AGP clip:
- Align the card with the connector pins while slightly pushing out the
card clip lever with your thumb.
- While continuing to push out the card clip lever, gently press the
card into the card connector until the card is fully seated into place.
- Release the clip lever.
